During my Easter weekend at this hotel, I appreciated the spacious and clean rooms, offering a comfortable place to rest. The free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV were also great amenities. the location was convenient as it was close to public transportation, making it easy to get around the city.
The hotel needs some refurbishment, as the furniture and facilities appeared outdated and worn. The lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably hot, and opening the windows only led to a noisy environment due to the busy road nearby.

The staff was very helpful and nice, the dinner was fine. There was the possibility to watch Sky in the Lounge (Champions League). The price is still one of the better ones near Frankfurt Airport, but honestly for the location it was borderline. But as I said, compared to the otherwise completely outrageous prices it is ok.

The situation is top, super connection to the motorway. The staff was friendly. It was modern furnished. It was quiet. The Wlan was super fast and was better than in most other hotels. There was no carpet, which is much more hygienic. There are enough free parking spaces available. Directly a bakery with super breakfast around the corner. There was no kettle in the room but a tea station at the reception. Heater in the bathroom was ingenious.
There was no minibar. The trash can in the bathroom was only emptied on request and was not emptied by the previous ones. It was not 100% clean, which I actually expect in a 4 star house. There was no minibar, thanks to the cold season we could leave our food in the car, but would be a problem in summer. The room was not really cosy, at least slippers would have been great, as there is no carpet, a big carpet in the middle of the room would work wonders.

We appreciated the spacious and spotless rooms, comfortable beds with great pillows, and the reliable wifi at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious, served directly to our table, and had a good variety of food. Additionally, the staff members were friendly, accommodating, and gave excellent restaurant recommendations, especially the Italian restaurant across the street from the hotel.
Can't fault this hotel in any way.

Near Frankfurt airport Excellent price Large rooms Friendly people at the front desk in the morning
Very difficult to find (in an industrial park) we did not have gps. Luckily a stranger offered to drive us to the hotel, so we followed him. Gps is definitely required to find the hotel. Breakfast looked like it was too expensive for what was offered. We chose not to partake. When we arrived the room lights did not work, had to be switched to another room. I would describe the hotel as being worn, but for a place just to stay for the night, that is near the airport, this is still a good value

Friendly staff, good bed, functioning wifi, nice breakfast, great Italian restaurant nearby, helpful receptionist Ilham.
Nothing, it was perfect.

Parking was free
If this is 4****, then I need to adjust my expectation level. Facilities are limited, food average, cleanliness and decor dated.

Stayed overnight for next day flight. Basic hotel in industrial neighborhood/office park. Room clean. Good price. Staff courteous and efficient.
Smell in hall from long term guest kitchen. 14 km from airport so not really an airport hotel. Would not recommend for long term stay unless conducting business in Russelsheim.

I had a wonderful experience at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect for my needs, as it was just a short 5-minute drive from the Opel factory. It was not close to the railway, which ensured a peaceful and quiet environment. The staff at the reception were incredibly helpful and made the check-in and check-out process simple and quick.
I would highly recommend this hotel to friends.

Hotel is functional and nothing more, located in a light industrial area. Very close and convenient for visitors to Opel works. Area seemed safe.
Hotel did not process or were unable to get payment from Bookings.com meaning that i had to pay the amount on check out. Public transport poor, only a day time hourly bus service.

Not a lot really !!! away from any night life / restaurants, no A.C. rooms were big but needed updating, the lady behind the bar was really great fun, made the stay really !! it was only an overnight stay so not a major problem.
No A.C. rooms needed updating. away from any sort of night life.

The private parking space was abundant, including shaded parking. the rooms were clean, spacious and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was of good quality, and served promptly at the table. the reception staff were friendly and efficient, and quickly corrected a missed breakfast order.
The elevator was quite small, and stepping into the shower felt quite slippery. There was a slight language barrier with some staff, but they were still quite helpful.

The room was lovely very spacious
However the toilet was small and could have been bigger concidering the size of the room also there was no air conditioning in the room and the room was very warm all the time which made it very difficult to sleep. Also there was no where to get food at the weekend as the kitchen was closed but this is not told to you unless asked.
